This policy explains what the app does with the photos and videos you give it, what other information it collects, and how you can contact us or ask us to delete your data. If you use the app, this policy applies to you.
This section describes how the app handles images and video that contain a face. It applies in addition to everything else in this policy.
Face data is used for one purpose only: to generate the face swap, style or lip-sync result that you asked for. We do not use it to identify you, to build a face template or faceprint, to recognise you across sessions, for advertising, or to train AI models.
Generating a result requires processing that does not run on your device. When you start a generation:

We do not keep a permanent library of your faces, and we do not retain face data after the periods above.
Face data is shared only with the service providers listed under Service providers, and only so they can perform the processing described above on our behalf. We do not sell face data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Content uploaded for generation is screened automatically using Google Cloud Vision (SafeSearch) and Google Cloud Video Intelligence, to detect material that is not allowed under our Terms & Conditions. If content is flagged, the generation may be refused. This screening is automated; no human reviews your content as part of it.
Content that a user reports to us is reviewed by a person, together with the report.
Every result in the app has a Report button. If you report a result, a copy of that result and the details you provide are sent to us so we can review it and act on it. If you believe someone has used your face, your likeness, or your work without your permission, you can also contact us directly using the details under Contact us.

We do not collect your name, address or phone number, and we do not ask you to create a profile. Payments are handled by Apple — we never receive or store your card number.
We use the following providers. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of it, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Uploads are transferred over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled cloud storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
The app itself does not use cookies. Third-party code used by the app may use similar identifiers to provide its services.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page and post the new version here. If we change how long uploaded files are kept, we will update this page at the same time.
